I'm always eating!

I am a chef and cooking instructor.

I love food and have always had weighty issues – just my luck!

But it is what it is and I am glad that I love food so.

This blog is an attempt to collect healthful yet delicious dishes.

This is a place to start a dialogue – help each other and support each other.  The best thing is to laugh, be mindful of what we eat and share our successes and failures.
